Organic Sunflower Oil
Organic Sunflower Oil from Ukraine: A Nutrient-Packed, Sustainably Produced Treasure
Ukraine, renowned for its fertile black soil, is a leading producer of high-quality sunflower oil. Our company is proud to offer organic sunflower oil, both bulk and bottled, that is rich in nutrients and produced with the utmost care for the environment.
Why Choose Organic Sunflower Oil?
Organic sunflower oil stands out for several reasons:
Nutrient-Dense: Rich in vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage, organic sunflower oil also contains essential fatty acids that are vital for heart health and brain function.
Sustainable Cultivation: Organic sunflower seeds are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, promoting biodiversity and preserving soil health.
Distinct Flavor: Organic sunflower oil often has a more robust and nuanced flavor compared to conventional oils, adding depth to your culinary creations.
Health Benefits: Regular consumption of organic sunflower oil has been linked to various health benefits, including reduced inflammation, improved cholesterol levels, and a lower risk of chronic diseases.
The Organic Sunflower Cultivation Process
To ensure the highest quality and purity of our organic sunflower oil, we adhere to strict organic farming practices. Here's a brief overview of the process:
Seed Selection: We start by selecting high-quality organic sunflower seeds that are specifically bred for their oil content and resistance to pests and diseases.
Soil Preparation: The soil is carefully prepared without the use of synthetic fertilizers or herbicides. Organic matter, such as compost and manure, is added to improve soil fertility and structure.
Planting: The seeds are planted at the optimal time to ensure healthy growth and development.
Weed Control: Weeds are controlled through mechanical methods, such as hoeing and cultivation, or by using organic mulches.
Once the sunflowers are mature, they are harvested and the seeds are extracted.
From Field to Bottle: The Oil Extraction Process
After harvesting, the sunflower seeds undergo a gentle cold-pressing process to extract the oil. This traditional method preserves the oil's natural flavor and nutrient content. The extracted oil is then filtered to remove any impurities and bottled.
As a leading exporter of organic sunflower oil from Ukraine, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. We have all the necessary certifications to ensure that our products meet international organic standards.
By choosing our organic sunflower oil, you are not only selecting a healthy and flavorful product but also supporting sustainable agriculture and the Ukrainian economy. Contact us today to learn more about our products and services:info@abmagriculture.com

Canola / Rapeseed Oil
Canola / Rapeseed oil is one of the oldest known vegetable oils. There are both edible and industrial forms produced from the seed of several cultivars of the plant family Brassicaceae. Historically, it was eaten in limited quantities due to high levels of erucic acid, which is damaging to cardiac muscle of animals and imparts a bitter taste, and glucosinolates, which made it less nutritious in animal feed.Rapeseed oil can contain up to 54% erucic acid
Canola oil is a food-grade version derived from rapeseed cultivars bred for low erucic acid content. Also known as low erucic acid rapeseed (LEAR) oil, it has been generally recognized as safe by the United States Food and Drug Administration. Canola oil is limited by government regulation to a maximum of 2% erucic acid by weight in the US and the EU, with special regulations for infant food. These low levels of erucic acid do not cause harm in humans.
In commerce, non-food varieties are typically called colza oil.

Soybean Oil
Soybean oil contains only trace amounts of fatty carboxylic acids (about 0.3% by mass in the crude oil, 0.03% in the refined oil). Instead it contains esters. In the following content, the expressions "fatty acids" and "acid" below refer to esters rather than carboxylic acids.
Per 100 g, soybean oil has 16 g of saturated fat, 23 g of monounsaturated fat, and 58 g of polyunsaturated fat.The major unsaturated fatty acids in soybean oil triglycerides are the polyunsaturates alpha-linolenic acid (C-18:3), 7-10%, and linoleic acid (C-18:2), 51%; and the monounsaturate oleic acid (C-18:1), 23%. It also contains the saturated fatty acids stearic acid (C-18:0), 4%, and palmitic acid (C-16:0), 10%.The high-proportion of oxidation-prone polyunsaturated fatty acid is undesirable for some uses, such as cooking oils.
